Single-Family Neighborhoods Worth Exploring

The community has its own pool and neighborhood amenities, while its southeast Aurora location provides convenient access to E-470, Southlands and nearby recreation.
This offers surprisingly spacious attached homes, many with basements and attached two-car garages. Some homes back to Meadow Hills Golf Course, adding an open feel to this established community. Located within the Cherry Creek School District and convenient to Parker Road and I-225, Meadow Hills can offer a lot of square footage for the price compared with similarly sized detached homes.
Dam East is an established townhome community with mature landscaping and surprisingly spacious homes. Many offer large multi-level floor plans, garages and small private yards or patios — enough outdoor space for a dog without the upkeep of a large yard.
