I grew up in Alamosa, Colorado, the youngest of five girls. When my dad bought our home, it had dirt floors — a straw adobe house heated with coal and wood before later adding more modern comforts.

By most standards, we didn’t have much. I shared bunk beds, wore hand-me-downs, raised chickens, chopped wood, and helped can vegetables from the garden. But I never felt poor.
I felt loved. I felt safe. I felt proud of our home.
My parents created something special through hard work and determination, and I think that shaped how I see home to this day.
Even as a little girl, I spent hours imagining my someday homes — rearranging little playhouses, using grass clippings to map out tiny yards and walkways. Looking back, my love for home started long before real estate was ever part of the picture.
And now, after all these years, I’ve found my own someday home. Not because it’s perfect — there’s no pool, no grand library, the basement still isn’t finished. But it holds everything that matters most: love, laughter, memories, and belonging. I’ve lived here more than 25 years. I’ve walked through thousands of beautiful houses since. And I keep coming home to the same place.
I ask them where the Christmas tree goes. It sounds simple — and I know not everyone celebrates Christmas — but what I’m really asking is:
Can you see yourself building a life here?

That’s the moment I’m looking for. That’s when I know we’ve found it.
To me, home is a sanctuary. It’s where you shut the door on the noise of the world and finally exhale. Where sweatpants are acceptable, where the people you love gather, and where life happens in the small moments.
That’s what I want to help my clients find — not just a smart investment, but a place that truly feels like theirs.
Bob and I have been together since 1989 and married since 1992. Over the years we’ve built businesses together, navigated plenty of life changes, and shared a deep appreciation for homes and the stories behind them.
Where I focus on how a home feels and how people live in a space, Bob brings an analytical eye. His background in oil and gas title research, combined with a practical knowledge of construction and home maintenance, means clients benefit from both perspectives — balancing emotion with structure, vision with practicality. He also has a good instinct for when something doesn’t quite add up.
I’m the face of the business and the primary person clients work with directly, but Bob holds his real estate license and remains an important part of how I approach every transaction. In many ways, he’s the yin to my yang.

My approach is calm, honest, and strategic — centered on helping people feel informed and supported, never pressured.
