When working with me...

I start with listening —

Before we look at homes or talk about pricing, I want to understand what’s bringing you to this point.

Real estate is different for everyone.

Some people are excited.  Some are overwhelmed. Some have already made up their minds, and others are just beginning to explore their options.

Wherever you are in the process, my job is to listen first, answer your questions honestly, and help you understand your choices.

Once we know where you’re trying to go, and why, we can build a plan to get you there.  There is no one right answer for everyone. My job is to help you understand your options so you can make the decision that’s right for you.

Most people

probably know a dozen agents — friends, relatives, past coworkers, neighbors, or someone who got a license just because.

Most people probably know about 10 agents-

So... figuring out

Who to trust with one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of your life can feel harder than people expect.

What you’ll probably notice working with me is that I’m not the stereotypical Realtor.

I’m not focused on looking flashy, driving a luxury car, or making the conversation about me.

I’m a real person who uses professional experience and life experience to help guide people through important decisions once we figure out what actually matters most to them.

  • Sometimes clients need strategy.
  • Sometimes they need education.
  • Sometimes they need honesty.
  • And sometimes they simply need someone calm helping them sort through all the moving pieces without adding pressure or noise.

My favorite part of the job is helping people move toward their goals and the life they want to build.

What you can expect from me is my true opinion.

Sometimes that means:
“Wait.”
“I don’t think this is your house.”
“I think the seller is asking too much.”
Or:
“Hold your value.”

Because my job isn’t to push people into transactions. My job is to help people make decisions they still feel good about long after closing day.

I already have a house. This is your life, your future, and possibly your 30-year mortgage.

If it takes time to find the right fit, that’s okay. Most people know when they’ve found it.

Helping people move toward their goals, protect what they’ve worked hard for, and build the life they want — that’s what matters to me.

I’ve just never known how to do this job any other way.

Real Estate, Done Personally

Experience Matters

I’ve practiced real estate throughout the Denver metro area since 2009, helping buyers and sellers through changing markets, complicated negotiations, inspection surprises, financing issues, and all the unexpected moments that somehow never make it into HGTV episodes.

I hold the GRI, CRS, and SRES designations because I believe the people who trust me deserve someone who continues learning, improving, and growing in an ever-changing industry.

To me, continuing education is not about collecting letters behind my name. It’s about continuing to sharpen my craft so I can better guide and advocate for the people I work with.

Are you ready to start?

Sometimes the best place to start is simply talking things through.

Thank you
