Dear Prospective Homeowners;

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Bob and Leslie Scholfield as real estate agents for an individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation.

Leslie and Bob’s initial meeting with us went tremendously. Leslie’s adaptability and enthusiasm with clients has let her to master negotiations, where Bob’s attention to detail ensures each step of the selling and buy process goes as smoothly as possible. Their process is outlined in detail so in-turn they can have a clear idea of what your goals are for the home selling & buying process ahead.

As they sold our first home they personally staged it before putting it on the market and made it look like a model home, our home sold for over $15,000 the asking price in the spring of 2018.

As we were under contract with our first home we continued our search for our next place to live. Our new home we fell in love with was in dire need of updates. They assisted us in not only finding but hiring every contractor and guided us in our home renovation. We found them to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, thoughtful, understanding and diligent.

Leslie and Bob made us feel as though we were their only clients and never failed to answer the phone or become available when they were needed. Although not the case, we never felt unimportant or neglected. Their tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze us.

We are pleased to recommend Bob and Leslie, they are the best in the business.

Real estate agents and Realtors are not interchangeable terms. A real estate agent is licensed to help people buy and sell property, while a Realtor is a trademarked term for members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). To become a Realtor, one must be an active member of the NAR and meet certain eligibility requirements. Real estate brokers are agents who have acquired additional licensing and training requirements and can hire other real estate agents. Although both real estate agents and Realtors are licensed to sell real estate, each title refers to a specific type of real estate professional, and there are notable distinctions between the two.

A CRS REALTOR® is a Certified Residential Specialist, which means they are among the top 2% of real estate agents in the US. They have more experience and training compared to the average REALTOR®, are bound to a strict code of ethics, and are passionate about their careers. The CRS designation is an indication of a true real estate professional. Working with a CRS agent has many benefits. They receive advanced training, have proven experience, continuously improve their skills, and adhere to an ethics code that is not required of other agents. So, choose a CRS if you want someone you can rely on, who has your best interests at heart and will put all their knowledge and experience to work for you.

An SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) can be a valuable resource for those aged 50 and over when buying or selling property. With specialized training and expertise, an SRES can assist with unique considerations such as estate planning, tax implications, and more.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) is a highly recognized designation that sets the standards for real estate professionalism, knowledge, and productivity by offering extensive training in the essential skills of the real estate industry. The GRI designation is a symbol of a diligent and well-informed professional who possesses an in-depth understanding of the real estate landscape.  Accreditation is no longer available in Colorado.
