In order to sell your home without any hassle, we will carefully examine the contract, set achievable goals, and coordinate the inspection, cleaning, and staging process, if necessary. By taking care of these tasks ahead of time, we can prevent any obstacles from arising during the contract period. Furthermore, we will help you with all the necessary documentation, making the entire process as stress-free as possible.

Over come obsticals

All the necessary preparations to put your home on the market have been completed. However, selling your home while still living in it can be a challenge. We understand that you may have a busy schedule, and we will make arrangements to work around it. We also understand that your pets and kids may have their own schedules, and we will do our best to accommodate them. During this phase, we may hold Open Houses to showcase your property to potential buyers. Rest assured that we will be with you every step of the way to offer our support. It is also a good time to start discussing what a Contract from a buyer may look like.

When a buyer shows interest in your property, Leslie, your Realtor, will provide the buyer's agent with the necessary documents and continue to work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transaction. She will verify the terms with the buyer's lender, discuss the pre-listing inspection report with the buyer's agent, and set reasonable expectations for future negotiations. It's crucial to ensure a successful and timely closing by addressing possible issues in a timely manner, which Leslie has years of experience in doing.

The GRI designation is a symbol of a diligent and well-informed professional who possesses an in-depth understanding of the real estate landscape.  Accreditation is no longer available in Colorado.
