Welcome To A Community That Fits Your Lifestyle

If you’re looking for a place that offers a perfect blend of suburban charm and urban convenience, look no further. Our website is dedicated to showcasing the best that northeast metro Denver has to offer.

Located just east of Denver, the culturally diverse city of Aurora is the second-largest city in the metro area and the third-largest in Colorado. With a population of 330,000 and hundreds of different neighborhoods, Aurora offers the best urban culture and suburban recreation.
During the 1970s and early 1980s, Aurora was the fastest-growing city in the U.S. By 1997; the city ranked ninth in Rosenburg’s ’50 Fabulous Places’ to raise your family. Aurora attracts new residents yearly due to its appealing location, abundant recreational activities, strong business climate, and variety of housing options.

Aurora is only minutes from Denver International Airport, making it a perfect headquarters for some of the area’s best companies. The largest health center between Chicago and the West Coast is in Aurora. The Anschutz Medical Campus is a cutting-edge education, research, and patient facility that speaks volumes about the vision and power of this city.

Brighton was founded in the 1870s as a stage/railroad depot and farming community. Originally named Hughes Station, it was later changed to Brighton after Brighton Beach.
The town is located on the edge of the eastern plains, 20 miles northeast of Denver. It’s known for its small-town atmosphere, relaxed pace, and excellent quality of life. Often considered a suburb of Denver despite falling outside the official Denver metro area, Brighton is home to over 30,000 residents.
Real estate options in Brighton range from multi-family housing to gorgeous estates on multi-acre land properties. The town manages over 1,000 acres of parks and open space, including Barr Lake State Park, just minutes from the city’s center. Brighton has 30 miles of trails, 20 sports fields, 19 playgrounds, and an excellent recreation center. It also offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences, including a new 396-acre shopping center home to many well-known retailers.

Commerce City

Located just northeast of Denver, Commerce City is where industry and excellent quality of life go hand in hand. Having doubled in size in just a decade, Commerce City has previously ranked the second-fastest growing area in Colorado and the 16th fastest growing city in the country by Forbes. Thanks to the boom, the city is home to over 45,000 residents and the Colorado Rapids professional soccer team.

Excellent schools, great parks, and a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment make Commerce City a great place to raise a family. You’ll find many attractive neighborhoods with residential housing ranging from single-family homes, lofts, and new construction – all within minutes of Denver.

Commerce City has a historic downtown, and an Economic Development Division committed to developing local businesses and creating jobs. Part of what makes Commerce City such a hub for Denver metro commerce is the oil refinery that produces 90,000 barrels a day.

Northglenn is a carefully planned community just seven miles north of Denver; it is an attractive suburb with 36,000 residents. Once named ‘the most perfectly planned community in America’ by LIFE magazine, its locals swear by smaller neighborhoods, excellent schools, and abundant outdoor activities here. Many original residents have lived here since the town was incorporated in 1969.

Northglenn is conveniently located 15 minutes away from downtown Denver, and with the Rocky Mountains being to the west, it is in the perfect location to access everything the state offers. Northglenn’s public recreation center has many recreational, cultural, and educational activities featuring live theatre performances at the auditorium. There are also various parks, lakes, and open spaces to enjoy.

A northern suburb of Denver, Thornton is one of Colorado’s largest cities and one of the closest to Denver International Airport—a big selling point for those who travel frequently. Thornton is a family-friendly community with good schools and a wide range of outdoor fun and adventure possibilities, including festivals, concerts, parks, exhibits, and public art displays throughout the year. Thornton also boasts some of the best indoor recreation centers around, including The Margaret W.
